Enjoy “A Teaspoon of S.A.L.T.”

S.A.L.T., the acronym for “Simply A Life Transformed,” is a key component of Community of Joy’s Adult Discipleship program.  On Saturday, February 2, from 9:00 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. at Community of Joy, a one-half day intensive course called,  “A Teaspoon of S.A.L.T.,” will be taught by featured presenter,  Dr. Harry Wendt, a renowned Bible teacher and founder of Crossways International, speaking on “The Parables of Jesus,” a study that focuses on eleven of Jesus’ parables recorded in Luke’s Gospel, drawing upon Middle Eastern cultural and historical insights to bring these texts to life and enrich our understanding of their message for today.  The cost is  $10 for COJ members and $15 for non-members, which includes tuition and basic course materials.  Childcare & lunch will be provided.  Click on the “Map & Directions” link to find your way to Community of Joy.  To register, please complete the on-line form below and plan to pay at the door.  You may also pay by January 25th, using a credit card at the event/workshop link of www.crossways.org.
